1. 2 cups almonds
  2. 1 cup carrot pieces
  3. ½ carrot juice/water
  4. 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  5. 1 ½ celery stalks
  6. 4 green onions
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. 1-2 Tbsps Hickory Seasoning


  1. Place almonds, water, lemon juice, and ½ cup of carrot pieces in blender or food processor.
  2. Blend into a purée.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend briefly, enough to grind carrots and celery into spreadable consistency.
  4. Add green onions last and blend a few seconds.  
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
