You can get involved today by becoming a Volunteer. Sign up and you will be joining a group of change-makers, a network strong enough to impact positive change in the lives of our community.

Giving online has never been more sercure, convenient, or hassle-free. We also do accept standard cash and check made out to South Bay with DWTD venue in the memo line and sent to PO Box 2433, Ooltewah, TN 37363. All donations are tax deductible.

What do we do?

Our Programs

We provide a free dinner once a month with an engaging lecture provided by a local health practitioner, cooking demonstration, and biometric screening. We also provide focused health programs throughout the year:

  • 5 Day Plan (stop smoking)
  • Best Weigh (weight loss)
  • Reversing Hypertension
  • Reversing Diabetes
  • Depression Recovery

We have cooking classes twice a year and offer one-on-one health coaching throughout the year. We have graduations, alumni programs, aggressive follow-up, and refresher events.

Virtual DWTD

Join us March 15 from 6-7pm for our virtual dinner with the doctor.
