We are a group of passionate community members working together to improve the health of North Chattanooga and Hixson. We are retired executives, busy moms, health care providers, mechanics, pastors, young people, old people (and a few in between). Together, we work to improve the physical and emotional health of our coworkers, friends, and neighbors with motivation, transformation, and celebration.

We provide a free dinner once a month with an engaging lecture provided by a local health practitioner, cooking demonstration, and biometric screening. Please visit this page to see our monthly menus. We also provide focused health programs throughout the year: 5 Day Plan (stop smoking), Best Weigh (weight loss), Reversing Hypertension, Reversing Diabetes, and Depression Recovery. We do cooking schools twice a year and also offer one-on-one health coaching anytime. We have graduations, alumni programs, aggressive follow-up, and refresher events.

Our dedicated team collectively volunteers over 1,500 man-hours a year to make these programs happen. We collaborate with local hospitals, physicians, community and civic centers, as well as allied health programs at local universities. 

Due to necessary precautions to avoid community spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily moved our sessions to a virtual platform.
