Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound tofu, drained
  2. 4 Tbs vegenaise or no oil or low oil mayo
  3. ¼ cup celery, chopped
  4. 1 cup green onions, chopped
  5. ¼ cup pickles, chopped
  6. 1 tsp turmeric
  7. 1 tsp dill weed
  8. ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  9. ¼ tsp onion powder
  10. ¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Mash tofu with a fork.
  2. Mix ingredients together.
  3. Great with whole grain bread or toast.
