Ingredients:
- Hummus spread (recipe follows)
- Whole grain tortillas
- Spinach or shredded cabbage
- Shredded zucchini
- Shredded carrot
- Shredded celery
Directions:
- Lay out tortilla and spread hummus over the entire tortilla.
- Layer spinach or cabbage across the entire tortilla.
- Add remaining filling ingredients.
- Roll tortilla.
