Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients:

  1. Hummus spread (recipe follows)
  2. Whole grain tortillas
  3. Spinach or shredded cabbage
  4. Shredded zucchini
  5. Shredded carrot
  6. Shredded celery

Directions:

  1. Lay out tortilla and spread hummus over the entire tortilla.
  2. Layer spinach or cabbage across the entire tortilla.
  3. Add remaining filling ingredients.
  4. Roll tortilla.
