Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (or 1 can)
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp dried basil
- 1 oz chopped sun dried tomatoes
- ⅛-¼ cup water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender to make a thick paste.
- This should not be thin or watery.
- Blend until relatively smooth.
