Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (or 1 can)
  2. 2 Tbsp tahini
  3. 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  4. ¾ tsp salt
  5. 1 ½ tsp dried basil
  6. 1 oz chopped sun dried tomatoes
  7. ⅛-¼ cup water

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender to make a thick paste.
  2. This should not be thin or watery.
  3. Blend until relatively smooth.
