Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans (garbanzo liquid as
    needed)
  2. 3-4 Tbs lemon juice
  3. 2 garlic cloves
  4. ⅓ cup tahini (sesame butter)
  5. 1 tsp onion powder
  6. ¼ – ½ tsp salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender, and blend until very smooth (add liquid as needed).
  2. Taste. Add additional lemon juice, onion powder, garlic, or salt if desired.
