Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
  2. 1 tsp tahini (sesame butter)
  3. 1 tsp sesame oil
  4. 1 ½ Tbs lemon juice
  5. ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  6. ¼ tsp garlic powder
  7. ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  8. ½ cup green bell peppers, chopped (optional)
  9. garbanzo liquid as needed

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add enough liquid to make a thick spread.
