- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 tsp tahini (sesame butter)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 ½ Tbs lemon juice
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- ½ cup green bell peppers, chopped (optional)
- garbanzo liquid as needed
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add enough liquid to make a thick spread.
