Carob Fudge

Ingredients:

  1. 1 ½ cups carob chips
  2. 1 cup peanut butter
  3. ½ cup maple syrup
  4. 1 cup softened dates, chopped
  5. 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Melt carob chips in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  2. Once melted, add peanut butter and maple syrup.
  3. Stir well, and fold in walnuts and dates.
  4. Pour mixture into 8 by 8 pan and chill.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.
