“No Nuts” Granola

Ingredients (Dry):

  1. 9.5 cups rolled oats
  2. 1 cup flax meal
  3. 1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened preferred)
  4. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  5. ½ cup hemp seeds (opt)

Ingredients (Wet):

  1. 1 cup honey
  2. ¾ cup oil
  3. ¾ tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls
  2. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
  3. Spread onto two cookie sheets
  4. Bake at 225F for about 2-3 hours stirring every 20-30 minutes (can bake at 200F for 5 hours stirring occasionally)
