  1. 2 cups potatoes (diced large)
  2. 1 cup carrots (diced large)
  3. ½ + cup water
  4. 1/3 cup olive oil
  5. 2 tsp salt
  6. 1 Tbs lemon juice
  7. ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  8. ½ tsp onion powder
  9. ½ tsp garlic powder
  10. ½ tsp McKay’s chicken-style seasoning (optional)
  11. dash of cayenne (optional)


  1. Cook potatoes and carrots in ½ cup water (I like microwaving to save time)
  2. Blend all ingredients (including potatoes and carrots) in blender until smooth
  3. Serve immediately OR refrigerate and reheat before serving
