Ingredients:
- 2 cups potatoes (diced large)
- 1 cup carrots (diced large)
- ½ + cup water
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- ½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp McKay’s chicken-style seasoning (optional)
- dash of cayenne (optional)
Directions:
- Cook potatoes and carrots in ½ cup water (I like microwaving to save time)
- Blend all ingredients (including potatoes and carrots) in blender until smooth
- Serve immediately OR refrigerate and reheat before serving
