Ingredients:

  1. 4 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced
  2. ½ small red or yellow bell pepper
  3. 1 small jalapeño or Serrano pepper, seeded and minced
  4. ¼ cup minced onion
  5. 1 tsp lime juice
  6. ¼ tsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
