- 4 large tomatoes, cored, seeded, and diced
- ½ small red or yellow bell pepper
- 1 small jalapeño or Serrano pepper, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 1 tsp lime juice
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
