Ingredients:
- 1 block Mori-Nu silken tofu (extra firm is best)
- 2 Tbs oil
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp dill weed
Directions:
- Blend ingredients until smooth
- Chill prior to serving
