Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds potatoes, diced or sliced in wedges
  2. 1 Tbsp olive oil 
  3. 1-2 tsp salt
  4. Onion powder 
  5. Garlic powder
  6. Italian seasoning
  7. Smoked paprika 

Directions:

  1. Put potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Add oil and toss to coat.
  3. Add salt and seasonings and toss again.
  4. Put on a sided cookie sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
