- 2 pounds potatoes, diced or sliced in wedges
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tsp salt
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Smoked paprika
- Put potatoes in a large bowl.
- Add oil and toss to coat.
- Add salt and seasonings and toss again.
- Put on a sided cookie sheet in a single layer.
- Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
