Papaya-and-Watercress Salad with Lime

Salad Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cup watercress leaves
  2. 1 cup peeled, seeded and thinly sliced papaya
  3. 1/2 cup canned hearts of palm, drained and sliced
  4. 1/2 cup thinly sliced tomato

Dressing Ingredients:

  1. 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  2. 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  3. 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Pinch ground coriander
  5. Pinch allspice


Arrange the watercress on 2 small salad plates. Top with layers of papaya, hearts of palm, and tomato. Combine the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salads. Let sit for 30 minutes before serving.
