Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp active dry yeast
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup unbleached flour
Directions:
- Place water, canola oil, salt, honey, 1 cup whole wheat flour, and yeast in a large bowl. Mix ingredients together and whip for five minutes.
- Slowly add remaining flour until it becomes a soft dough. Knead for 5-10 minutes. Spray the bottom and sides of the bowl with vegetable oil spray and cover the dough with a clean towel. Let the dough rise until it is doubled in size.
- Spray a 14-inch pizza pan with vegetable oil spray and stretch the dough to cover the pan. Cover with sauce and topping and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and cut into 12 slices.
