Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups plain unsweetened almond or coconut yogurt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ⅓ cup puréed pumpkin
- 1 tsp garlic
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
