Ingredients

  1. 1 ½ cups plain unsweetened almond or coconut yogurt
  2. 2 Tbsps lemon juice
  3. 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  4. ⅓ cup puréed pumpkin
  5. 1 tsp garlic
  6. ¼ tsp thyme
  7. ¼ tsp cinnamon
  8. ½ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
