Ingredients

  1. 6 oz spinach
  2. ½ box of cherry tomatoes
  3. 1 cucumber, diced
  4. ½-¾ cup shredded carrots
  5. ½ cup dried cranberries
  6. 1 recipe for pumpkin salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Chill
