Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz plain soy or almond yogurt
  2. 2 teaspoons lime juice
  3. 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  4. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  5. ⅔ cup chunky medium salsa
  6. 1/4 cup cilantro
  7. 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  8. Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve with Southern-style Salad
