- 2 ½ cup walnuts, ground
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup flaxseed meal
- ½ cup + 2 Tbs maple syrup (OK to substitute agave)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix ingredients in order given.
- Drop by 2 Tbs onto oiled cookie sheet.
- Flatten with fork.
- Bake 10-15 minutes.
- Cook partially, remove carefully to cooling rack.
