Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup ground sunflower seeds
  2. 1 cup cooked brown or green lentils
  3. ¼ cup cooked brown rice
  4. ¼ cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  5. ½ cup canned tomatoes
  6. ⅓ cup finely diced raw onion
  7. ⅓ cup finely diced celery
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. ¼ tsp sage
  10. 1 Tbsp yeast flakes
  11. ½ Tbsp chicken-style seasoning
  12. 3 Tbsps tomato paste

Directions:

  1. Sauté onion and celery until translucent.
  2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Lightly pack into an oiled 4 by 8 loaf pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes or until brown.
  5. Turn out of pan and cut into ½ inch serving slices.
