1. Tortilla shell
  2. ¼ cup Potato Tofu hash
  3. 1 Tbs Sliced olives
  4. 1 Tbs Sliced tomatoes
  5. ½ Tbs Sliced onions
  6. 1 Tbs Mild Salsa
  7. 1 Tbs Cashew Cheese (optional, recipe included)


  1. Fill center tortilla shell with ingredients
  2. Wrap
  3. Serve whole or cut in half
