1. 1 11.5 oz can berry-flavored
  2. juice concentrate, thawed
  3. 1 pound of mixed berries (3-4 cups)
  4. 3 Tbsps cornstarch


  1. Mix cornstarch with concentrate in a medium bowl and pour into saucepan.
  2. Fill juice can with water and add to the pan.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil.
  4. Add the frozen fruit (puréed slightly, if desired).
  5. Mix briefly and turn off heat.
  6. Allow to thicken 5 minutes before serving.
