Ingredients:
- ¼ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ¼ cup walnuts
- 2 Tbsps date sugar
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Grind flax and chia seeds in a coffee grinder and walnuts in a food processor.
- Mix all ingredients and refrigerate in an airtight container.
- Sprinkle over anything!
