1. ¼ cup hemp seeds
  2. ¼ cup chia seeds
  3. ¼ cup flax seeds
  4. ¼ cup walnuts
  5. 2 Tbsps date sugar
  6. Salt to taste


  1. Grind flax and chia seeds in a coffee grinder and walnuts in a food processor.
  2. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate in an airtight container.
  3. Sprinkle over anything!
