  1. 2 cups water
  2. ⅔ cup cashews
  3. 1 tsp vanilla
  4. ¼ tsp salt
  5. ⅔ cup maple syrup
  6. 3 Tbsps cornstarch
  7. 3 tbsps carob powder
  8. 1 Tbsp instant coffee substitute
  9. ⅓ cup carob chips

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except carob chips into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil.
  3. Remove pot from heat, add carob chips and stir until melted.
  4. Pour into prepared pie crusts.
  5. Chill and serve.
