- 2 cups water
- ⅔ cup cashews
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅔ cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsps cornstarch
- 3 tbsps carob powder
- 1 Tbsp instant coffee substitute
- ⅓ cup carob chips
- Place all ingredients except carob chips into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan and bring mixture to a boil.
- Remove pot from heat, add carob chips and stir until melted.
- Pour into prepared pie crusts.
- Chill and serve.
