  1. 2 cups almond meal or almond flour
  2. 3/4 cup sugar
  3. 1/3 cup almond milk
  4. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1 pinch saffron

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make about 25 flat balls.
  3. Cut with a cookie cutter.
  4. Arrange them onto oiled (or non-stick) cookie sheet.
  5. Broil for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Cool cookie sheet for about 10 minutes.
  7. Turn almond cookies and broil other side for about 3 minutes.
