  1. ¾ cup cashews
  2. 1 cup water
  3. 1 cup tofu
  4. 2 Tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
  5. 2 Tbsp Beef-like Seasoning
  6. 2 Tbsp onion powder
  7. 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
  8. 2 cups water
  9. 1 onion, slices into thin strips
  10. 2 cups fresh mushrooms
  11. 2 cups Veggie Cutlets, cut or torn into pieces

Directions:

  1. Place cashews and tofu into the blender with 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add seasonings and remaining 2 cups of water and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Meanwhile, sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
  4. Stir in tofu mixture and cutlets and heat to serving temperature.
  5. Serve over rice or pasta.
