Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
Directions:
- Cover cashews with water and soak overnight, then rinse and drain
- Place all ingredients except lemon juice and blend well
- Stir in lemon juice and blend briefly
- Store in fridge (will last up to 2 weeks)
