1. 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  2. 1 1/4 cup boiling water
  3. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. 1/3 cup lemon juice


  1. Cover cashews with water and soak overnight, then rinse and drain
  2. Place all ingredients except lemon juice and blend well
  3. Stir in lemon juice and blend briefly
  4. Store in fridge (will last up to 2 weeks)
