Ingredients:
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- ¾ cup oat flour
- ½ t salt
- 2 t Baking Powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 2 T honey
- 2 T water (as needed)
Directions:

Mix together in a mixing bowl: cornmeal, flour salt, and baking powder

Stir together the coconut milk, applesauce, and honey in measuring cup. Add water to make 1 cup of mixture

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring briskly until smooth. Pour into an 8” by 8” pan. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes.
