Baked Millet

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup orange juice
  2. ½ cup non dairy vanilla milk
  3. ½ cup raw almonds
  4. ½ cup raw walnuts
  5. ⅓ cup pitted dates
  6. 2 Tbsps ground flaxseed
  7. 1 tsp vanilla
  8. ½ tsp salt
  9. 4 cups cooked millet
  10. ½ cup quick oats

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Blend all ingredients, except millet and oats, until smooth.
  3. Combine mixture with millet and oats in a medium bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Transfer to 9 inch pie plate and lightly pack to level the top.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
