Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound tofu
  2. 1 10 oz package frozen spinach
  3. 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp basil
  5. 2 tsp parsley
  6. ½ tsp onion powder
  7. ¼ tsp garlic powder
  8. ¼ tsp turmeric
  9. ¼ tsp cumin
  10. ⅛ tsp oregano
  11. ½ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cook spinach and drain.
  2. Crumble tofu in a large bowl, add drained spinach, and all seasonings.
  3. Mix together until well combined.
