Ingredients:

  1. 2 16 oz pkgs tofu
  2. 1 cup of water
  3. ¼ cup Braggs Liquid Aminos 
  4. 4 cups soft bread crumbs
  5. 1 ½ cups walnuts, finely chopped
  6. 1 cup quick oats 
  7. 1 cup finely diced onion
  8. 1 tsp sage 
  9.  ½ tsp garlic powder 
  10. 1 tsp onion powder
  11. 1 tsp herbamare or salt
  12. 1 tsp basil
  13. 1 Tbsp McKays Chicken-Style Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Combine bread crumbs, walnuts, oatmeal and seasonings in a large bowl.
  2. Blend tofu with water and Liquid Aminos, add to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Place in mounds on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top and bottom.
