Brown Rice

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup brown rice
  2. 1.5-2 cups water (depends on how “sticky” you want the rice)

Directions:

  1. Bring water and brown rice to a boil
  2. Cover pot and simmer 20 minutes
  3. Turn off heat, leave covered, and allow to sit another 20 minutes. (Don’t remove lid as it will allow steam to escape and slow cooking time significantly)
