Italian Pesto

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of fresh basil packed down (may also substitute parsley or cilantro for part)
  2. 2-4 cloves garlic
  3. 1 Tbsp pine nuts
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. ⅓ cup cold pressed olive oil

Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
